小方坯连铸M-EMS频率对SWRH82B内部质量的影响研究

摘要
采用ROTLEC扭矩仪对结晶器电磁搅拌线圈安装位置扭矩进行了测量。测试结果表明:频率一定时,扭矩随着电磁搅拌电流的增大而增大;电磁搅拌电流一定时,结晶器内扭矩随着频率的增加先增加后减小。当电磁搅拌频率在3~4Hz时,扭矩最大。通过生产实践对比了不同电磁搅拌频率下铸坯内部质量。实验结果表明:与5Hz的电磁搅拌频率相比,当采用3~4Hz的搅拌频率时,铸坯组织致密度增加,中心缩孔及中心疏松分别由0.79、1.00降至0.72、0.89,中心碳偏析指数由1.07下降至1.06,中心偏析指数标准差由0.064下降至0.055。
Through application of torque meter supplied by Rotlec company,the relationship between M-EMS electromagnetic stirring torque in the mold and current intensity,current alternating frequency was determined.A maximum torque value exist at the current alternating frequency range of 3~4Hz upon given current intensity.Basing on the testing result,the internal quality of SWRH82 B steel at high casing speed under two different casting conditions,applying different current alternating frequency,was compared.The internal soundness or homogeneity was improved obviously.The average defect grade of center porosity decreased from 1.00 to 0.89 and that of center shrinkage cavity decreased from 0.79 to 0.72.Meanwhile,the average center segregation index decreased from 1.07 to1.06 and the standard deviation of center segregation index also decreased from 0.064 to 0.055.
