水产品中多氯联苯和有机氯农药的同时测定及迁移转化研究

摘要
多氯联苯(PCBs)和有机氯农药(OCPs)是环境和食品中毒性最强的两类持久性有机污染物(POPs)。PCBs化学性质稳定,亲脂性强,且半衰期长,如PCB153在人体中的半衰期长达12.4年[1]。有机氯农药(OCPs)在保障农产品免受虫类灾害的同时带来环境问题。环境中的PCBs和OCPs在环境介质中迁移转化并在水产品体内累积放大,人们长期食用被污染的水产品,污染物在人体内累积,会对免疫系统、神经系统、内分泌系统等造成危害诱发癌变[2]。针对PCBs和OCPs造成的水产品食用安全问题,本研究建立了可对水产品中PCBs和OCPs进行同步样品前处理和同时检测的同位素稀释气相色谱-高分辨质谱法(ID-HRGC-HRMS)[3],针对东北地区淡水养殖水产品进行了大量样品采集和检测。针对筛查出的PCBs和OCPs污染严重的水产品,还对该水产品的养殖环境进行PCBs和OCPs测定,探究目标污染物在养殖环境中的迁移转化。本研究中水产品采样点具有区域代表性,为掌握我国东北地区水产品中PCBs和OCP污染水平和主要污染区域,保障水产品安全提供了重要的基础数据。
PCBs and OCPs are the toxicity strongest persistent organic pollutants,PCBs are chemical stable,have better lipophilicity and long half-life,such as PCB153 half-life in the body is 12.4 years.Organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) protect agricultural products from insect disaster at the same time,bring some environmental problems.PCBs and OCPs transport and transform in environmental medium,then accumulate in aquatic products.PCBs and OCPs accumulate in human when human consume contaminated fish,and damage the immune system,nervous system,endocrine system and reproductive system.The research developed a method for determination of PCBs and OCPs in fish by using ID-HRGC-HRMS,and detect large number of fishes which are sampling from Northeast China.Detect PCBs and OCPs in aquaculture environment if the fish are seriously polluted,then explore the migration of target pollutants in aquaculture environment.The research provides important basic data to ensure the edible safety of fish.
