aPDCA循环管理在肿瘤患者健康教育中应用价值

摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在肿瘤患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2013年3月-2014年9月收治的肿瘤患者120例,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组采取常规管理模式进行健康教育,观察组应用PDCA循环管理模式进行健康教育,比较两组患者对健康教育内容的掌握程度。结果:观察组患者各项健康教育内容掌握程度均显著高于对照组患者,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理应用于肿瘤患者的健康教育中,能够提高健康教育的有效率,适合推广应用。
Objective:To study the PDCA cycle management in the value of health education for patients with tumor.Methods:Our hospital in March 2013-2014 cases of cancer patients admittedin September 2014, were randomly divided into control group(60 cases) and observation group(60 cases) and control group adopted routine health education management mode, observation group ofPDCA cycle management model was used to health education,compared two groups of patients on health education content of master degree.Results:The observation group of patients with various healtheducation content were significantly higher than the control group patients master degree and data contrast significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management inthe health education of patients with tumor,can improve the effectiveness of health education, is suitable for popularization and application.
