摘要
本文在调研世界核电运营者协会(WANO)、国际原子能机构(IAEA)等国际核电组织开展的电力公司同行评估(CPR)工作现状的基础上,以WANO CPR为研究对象,分析了CPR与传统核电厂同行评估的差异,并对WANO CPR的7大领域评估标准进行解析,将CPR的评估要求应用于电力公司提升绩效,一定程度上可为电力公司在领导力、管控、监督与监控、独立监督、支持、人力资源和沟通等方面开展日常工作提供参考,以提升业绩水平。
Research of the Corporate Peer Review(CPR) activities which conducted by WANO(World Association of Nuclear Operators),IAEA(International Atomic Energy Agency),and other international nuclear power institutions.This report analyzed the CPR and the differences in traditional nuclear power plant Peer Review based on WANO CPR,and parsed the WANO CPR PO&C(Performance Objectives and Criteria) to improve corporate performance according to the requirements of CPR,in order to provide reference for corporate in some areas,such as Leadership,Governance,Oversight and Monitoring,Independent Oversight,Support,Human Resources,Communication and so on.
