摘要
Gemini表面活性剂具有表面活性高、CMC低以及成胶束能力强等诸多优点,而被广泛应用于药物释放、纳米材料合成等领域~([1])。在一定条件下,表面活性剂分子在亲疏水作用、静电相互作用及π-π堆积等分子间相互作用下会形成胶束、囊泡、液晶等不同结构的有序聚集体~([2]),通过改变分子间相互作用力可以使表面活性剂有序聚集体的结构发生变化,从而丰富其应用范围。本研究探索了丁二酸钠与Gemini表面活性剂分子间的静电相互作用对Gemini表面活性剂在水中聚集行为的影响。在此基础上,通过控制体系的pH,构筑了一种具有响应性质的表面活性剂自组装体系,并研究了该pH响应体系对紫杉醇的控制释放性能。
Gemini surfactant has been widely applied to nanomaterials,drug delivery and release for its many advantages,such as high surface activity,low CMC.Under certain conditions,the surfactant could form different orderly aggregations which include micelles,vesicles,liquid crystal by hydrophobic,electrostatic,π-π stacking and other interaction.The structure and morphology of aggregations could be changed through adjusting the molecular interaction,which making its application more abundant.In this study,the electrostatic interactional rule between Gemini surfactants C_(12)-6-C_(12)·2Br and sodium succinate in water was researched.On the basis,a pH-responsive surfactant self-assembly system was constructed.Moreover,we also studied the controllable released performance for paclitaxel.
