一种宽带内可调的开关型有源频率选择表面

摘要
有源频率选择表面可以作为精密电磁仪器的外壳,根据外界环境的变化,调节通带的频率,达到滤波的目的,从而降低外界环境对于仪器内部的干扰,不影响仪器的正常工作。本文利用在四边缝隙加载PIN二极管的技术,设计了一种新型的开关型有源频率选择表面,其通带在0.6GHz到3.2GHz的范围内可调,并且可以保证透射系数均大于0.7。相比传统的有源频率选择表面,该型表面在宽带内中心频率可调方面具有更强的灵活性,对于实际电磁兼容中滤波功能的实现,具有一定的可行性和参考价值。
The active frequency selective surface can be applied as precision instrument housing. It will adapt to the environmental changes and self adjust the frequency of the passband, thus achieving the filtering purpose, which lowered the interfaces coming from the environment without causing any disruption to the device. This article applies the technology of using four sides slit loaded PIN diode, designed a new active frequency selective surface, the passband is between 0.6 GHz to 3.2 GHz, and ensured the transmission coefficient is larger than 0.7. This surface can achieve better flexibility around the passband central frequency comparing with traditional active frequency surface, thus providing and contributing a valua ble solution for the real life EMC.
