抗高功率微波武器前门防护关键技术研究

摘要
本文围绕射频电路抗高功率微波前门防护工作展开了研究。以接收机前门关键、易损器件低噪声放大器为例,针对前门防护提出了一种插入损耗小、限幅电平低、功率容量大的高功率PIN二极管限幅器,并对前门加固措施的有效性进行了验证。此外,还提出了用于抗高功率微波压制的双通道限幅接收系统,采用了具有限幅功能的微带双工器,对高功率微波前门注入效应进行了分析。最后,开展了接收机前门通道抗毁伤实验,用以确保防护措施工程应用的可靠性。实验结果表明,抗毁伤措施效果较为理想,满足项目指标要求。
This paper launches a study around the radio frequency circuit resistance of high power microwave front door protection work. As an example of receiver to the front door key and vulnerable devices low noise amplifier, aimed at the front door protection, we proposes a PIN diode limiter with low insertion loss、low the limiting level、big power capacity. And the front door experiments have been carried out to verify the validity of the reinforcement measures. Furthermore, we also propose high power microwave resistance of dual channel limiting the receiving system, adopt microstrip duplexer which has the function of limiting, the front door injection effect is analyzed. Finally we carry out the front door channel receiver anti-damage experiment protective measures to ensure the reliability of the engineering application. The experimental results show that survivable injury measures relatively is ideal effect and meet the requirements of project indicators.
