新型1-Bit可重构反射阵天线

摘要
本文设计一款12x12单元具有1-bit可重构功能的反射阵天线。新型的1-bit反射阵单元通过PIN管的导通和截止状态对其控制,实现在较宽频带内180°的反射相位差。通过合理地控制开关状态使整个阵列实现±40°波束扫描,最后,仿真表明该反射阵的增益能够达到15d B,相对副瓣电平小于10d B。
In this paper, a 1-bit electronically reconfigurable reflectarray antenna(RRA) with 12 × 12 elements is designed. The novel 1-bit RRA element is controlled by the states of PIN diode to realize 180°phase difference in a relatively wide band. The whole reflectarray can obtain scan beams within ±40°range by arranging the element of different states properly. At last, simulation results demonstrate that the gain of RRA can achieve 15 d B, and the sidelobe level(SLL) is less than 10 d B.
