高原铁路线路机械化养护技术

摘要
青藏铁路于2006年7月1日全线建成正式通车,格拉段全长1142kn,其中超过550 km线路修筑在多年冻土区段,它是世界上海拔最高、通过冻土里程最长、克服了世界级冻土难题的铁路。由于青藏高原高寒、缺氧等特殊的地理环境,使养护过程中高原冻土和复杂的自然条件与列车安全的矛盾日渐凸显。自铁路养护单位参加青藏铁路唐南段养护以来,冻土地段冻胀和融沉问题也长期困扰着维护人员,不断的补砟和抬道造成道床刚度削弱,轨道框架结构强度降低。经过不断的探索、研究,轨道机械化养修是行之有效的养护途径,不仅大大提高线路养护的效率、降低维护人员的劳动强度,还最大限度地保障高原铁路行车安全。
The Qinghai-Tibet railway in 2006,was formally opened on July 1,all built,gela section of total length of 1142 km,of which more than 550 km line construction in permafrost section,it is the highest elevation in the world,through the permafrost longest mileage,overcame the world-class difficult problem of permafrost.Because of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau alpine,oxygen and other special geographical environment,make the maintenance process of plateau permafrost and complicated natural conditions and train security contradictions increasingly prominent.Since the railway maintenance unit to participate in the southern section of the Qinghai-Tibet railway tang maintenance,since the problem of frost heave and thawing settlement of permafrost area also plagued by long-term maintenance personnel,constantly filling frantic jumble and lift way cause stiffness,ballast track the decrease of strength of frame structure.After continuous exploration,research,track mechanized is effective maintenance way,not only greatly improve the efficiency of the line maintenance,to reduce the labor intensity of the maintenance staff,also maximize the plateau railway train operation safety.
