基于PLC的循环水处理设计

摘要
为了进一步实现医院节水减排的目标,将医院处理出水或循环水的排污水再进行适度处理后回用于循环冷却水系统作为补水,医疗用水主要用于清洗和消毒各种手术器件,以及对其他设备进行降温,由于用水量较大,而且会造成水污染,所以水的循环利用是目前需要解决的重大问题。PLC具有操作简便,体积小,可靠性高,功能完善,控制灵活,抗干扰能力强等优点,所以将PLC用于循环水处理的控制,将提医疗用水的稳定性,同时提高清洗消毒的自动化程度。本设计完成了基于PLC的循环水处理控制任务。在设计过程中,概述了医院水处理的重要性以及工艺流程:介绍了PLC的硬件、编程软件、编程方法;分析了超声波液位检测原理,选用MiniMe液位变送器进行液位检测;根据循环水处理工艺要求,设计了水泵高压电机的主回路和控制回路,选择DCAP-3000系列数字式监控保护装置;选择PLC硬件模块并进行组态,采用Step7软件编程,实现供水泵的自动控制。
In order to further achieve the goal of hospital water saving and emissions reduction,will be treated as hospital discharge or circulating water after doing moderate treatment of domestic sewage and back to used for circulating cooling water system for filling water,medical water is mainly used for cleaning and disinfection of various surgical devices,and other equipment for cooling,due to large water consumption,and can cause water pollution,so water recycling is the major issues need to be solved.PLC has simple operation,small size,high reliability,functional,flexible control,the advantages of strong antijamming capability,so the PLC to control the circulating water treatment,will be the stability of the medical water,at the same time enhance the automation of cleaning and sanitation.The design of circulating water treatment control based on PLC is completed the task.In the process of design,this paper summarizes the hospital and the importance of water treatment process;Introduces the PLC hardware and programming software,programming method;Analyzes the principle of ultrasonic liquid level detection,choose MiniMe liquid level transmitter is used to detect the liquid level;In accordance with the requirements of circulating water treatment process,design the high pressure pump motor of main circuit and control circuit,select DCAP- 3000 series digital monitoring protection device;Choose PLC hardware modules and configuration,using Step7 programming software,realize the automatic control for water pump.
