含镁刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的制备与性能研究

摘要
刚玉-尖晶石质浇注料是钢包重要的内衬材料之一,但其氧化铝、氧化镁在高温下发生反应会伴随约7%的体积膨胀,因而,限制了材料中氧化镁的引入数量,从而使材料的抗热震性、抗渣侵蚀性受到较大影响。以含氧化镁3%(w)的刚玉颗粒取代普通板状刚玉为骨料,采用电熔白刚玉、电熔镁砂和α-Al_2O_3微粉为基质,纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备了含镁刚玉-尖晶石浇注料,与板状刚玉制备的普通刚玉-尖晶石浇注料进行了性能对比研究。结果表明:经110℃24 h,1 000℃3 h及1 500℃3 h处理后,含镁刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的常温强度均明显高于普通刚玉-尖晶石浇注料;1 500℃3 h烧后,刚玉-尖晶石浇注料经过1 100℃水冷5次后残余强度为1.41 MPa,强度保持率为15%,高于普通刚玉-尖晶石浇注料;经1 600℃3 h抗渣试验,含镁刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的骨料未被潦蚀,而普通刚玉-尖晶石浇注料中骨料被渣蚀严重。
