渣油加氢脱氮催化剂对比研究

摘要
随着原油重质化与轻油需求之间的矛盾逐渐加深,重油轻质化技术得到了广泛应用。其中最主要的是加氢工艺,而催化剂是其中的技术关键,对国内加氢催化剂提出了提高性能、降低成本的要求。本论文研究对比了国内外共五种加氢脱氮催化剂,主要就催化剂孔结构、活性相纳米结构、金属负载量、酸性强弱与酸量、MSI等方面的差异进行表征分析。研究发现五种催化剂在金属负载量、孔结构、MSI和活性组分分布情况等方面的差异较小,主要区别体现在酸强度与酸量,如下表1所示。国外X公司脱氮催化剂总酸量相对国内催化剂偏少,且强酸比例增加,而国外R公司脱氮催化剂表现出了相反的规律。
Five kinds of domestic and foreign hydrodenitrogenation catalysts were studied.These catalysts were characterized by using measurements of BET specific surface area,infrared spectroscopy,temperature programmed desorption of ammonia,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and temperature programmed reduction of hydrogen.The rules showed that all the characterization results were similar except the acid amount and acid distribution.The figures were shown in the Table.1.It showed that catalysts from X company had lower acid amount and a higher percentage of strong acid compared with domestic catalysts,while the rules expressed by the catalysts from R company were contrary.
