关于黄土地区人工高边坡灾害防治及边坡治理措施的讨论

摘要
高边坡是指土方开挖高度≥20m的边坡,其中路堑高边坡受到各种不稳定因素的影响,成为滑坡、崩塌等地质灾害和工程事故的多发地段,现已引起土木、地质和公路建设等相关领域设计和施工人员的广泛关注。在岩土边坡的分类中通常把坡高为10~15m的土质边坡称为高边坡,把坡度为30°~60°的边坡称为陡坡,把60°~90°的边坡称为急坡。本文以甘肃某电厂为研究背景,该厂址地质条件较复杂,地形高差较大,在场地平整后会形成人工高边坡和超高边坡,存在滑坡和崩塌的可能。通过实地调查的基础上,结合已有资料的综合分析研究,确定将来场平后存在的高边坡灾害的类型、规模、分布、稳定状态、形成机制、影响因素、对厂址建设的危害程度进行评价,并从保护生态环境与可持续发展战略出发,综合评估高边坡灾害危险程度,提出防治方案及建议。
High slope is refers to the earthwork excavation slope height of 20 m or more,the high slope influenced by all kinds of unstable factors,landslide,collapse and other geological disasters and engineering accident black spot,has now caused civil,geology,highway construction and related design and construction personnel's attention.In the classification of rock and soil slope is usually the high slope of 10~15 m is called the high slope of soil slopes,the slope of 30°~60° called a steep slope,the 60°~90° slope called steep slope.This paper,taking a power plant in Gansu province as the research background,the site geological condition is complex,the terrain elevation difference is bigger,can form artificial high slope after grading,landslide and collapse may exist.Through on-the-spot investigation,on the basis of comprehensive analysis and research combined with the existing data,determine the future of high slope disasters after the flat type,size,distribution,steady state,forming mechanism,influence factors,and evaluate the damage degree of the construction site of factory,and protect the ecological environment and the sustainable development strategy,the comprehensive evaluation of high slope disasters risk,control schemes and suggestions.
