基于京津冀协同发展的河北省现代农业园区建设研究

摘要
在京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略的背景下,河北省发展现代农业面临着难得的机遇,现代农业园区作为现代农业发展的有效载体,加快其发展具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对现代农业园区的分类探索,按照河北省农业园区的发展现状,及其结构功能建设,从数量、类别、发展模式方面进行分析。基于京津冀现代农业协同发展战略对于河北省现代农业园区建设提出的新要求,突出现代农业园区发展的功能定位,深入分析河北省现代农业园区的产业结构与布局、建设水平、生态环境保护与资源利用等多功能性问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rise to the national strategy,developing modern agriculture in Hebei is facing a rare opportunity. Modern agricultural park as an effective carrier of modern agricultural development,accelerate its development has important practical significance. This paper through the classification of modern agricultural park to explore,according to development status of modern agricultural park in Hebei province, and the construction of structure function, it is analyzed from quantity, type and models of development. Based on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei modern agriculture strategy for the construction of modern agriculture park in Hebei province put forward new requirements,highlighting the functional orientation of the development of modern agricultural park, in-depth analysis on versatility questions of modern agricultural park in Hebei province such as industry structure and layout,the level of construction,environmental protection and resource utilization,and put forward relevant suggestions.
