颗粒检测仪检测方法的研究

摘要
本文介绍了一种采用LPA2颗粒检测仪分析油液中污染物的方法。该方法具有准确度高、重复性好、分析速度快等优点。本文首先对试样进行筛查,通过对油液的水分、粘度和污染程度进行研究,确定可以使用该颗粒检测仪分析的油液条件;其次,对试液预处理方法进行研究探讨,确定了准确高效的样品排气方法;根据油液实际情况,最终确定出石油醚冲洗频率及其用量;对仪器三种分析模式进行分别实验,并与显微镜法进行比对,找出最佳分析模式。通过对LPA2颗粒检测仪各分析条件进行优化确认,最终克服了颗粒检测仪准确度受油液气泡、水分、粘度、污染程度、分析条件等影响的缺点,从而达到既省时省力又节约分析成分的目的。
In this paper,a method of analyzing the pollutant in oil by using LPA2 particle monitor instrument is introduced.The method has the advantages of high accuracy,good repeatability,fast analysis and so on.Firstly the sample screening through study on oil water,viscosity and the degree of pollution,which can be analysed using the particle monitor instrument of oil condition is determined;secondly,the solution pre processing method were used in this study to determine the accurate and efficient exhaust sample method;according to the actual situation of the oil,ultimately determine the petroleum ether wash frequency and amount;instrument analysis three model are investigated in this paper,and compared with the microscope,to find out the best mode of analysis.Through the optimization of the LPA2 particle monitor instrument,Finally overcome the shortcomings,the accuracy of particle monitor instrument is effected by the oil bubble,moisture,viscosity,pollution level,analysis conditions and so on.So as to save time and effort and save the purpose of analysis.
