基于螺旋桨非稳态运行下振动特性研究

摘要
采用工程模态测试的方法,识别了两种桨型在水介质中各桨叶的模态参数及其之间的差异;通过工程测试方法,对1:2缩比试验模型在螺旋桨非空化与空化两种状态下的频谱特性做了对比分析,明确了空化状态下螺旋桨叶频及其固有频率的诱发特性;模拟了实船高速航行时试验模型脱桨停车滑行的运行状态,分析了试验模型结构在脱桨停车滑行状态下的振动时频特性,明确了恒幅与变幅特征频率的诱因。
The different modal parameter has been identified between two propeller in water by engineering modal parameter identification method;Vibration frequency-spectrum characteristic has been contrast analyzed between unsteady state operation condition and steady state operation condition on the 1:2 modal of propeller,the inducing characteristic has been identified to vane frequency and inherent frequency on the unsteady state operation condition;The condition on sliding of disengaged propeller has been simulated for test modal at high speed shipping,vibration characteristic on time-frequency-spectrum has been analyzed on the structure of test modal,inducement has been identified to constant value frequency and diverse value frequency。
