不同锤垫质量对标贯锤击能量的影响

各国标准贯入试验设备锤垫质量存在差别,为了消除这种差异对标贯试验结果的影响,建立各种标贯设备试验结果的相互转换关系,为岩土设计提供可靠的标贯参数,选取四种不同质量的锤垫,进行锤击能量校正试验。测量各种质量锤垫的实际锤击能量,计算实际锤击能量与理论锤击能量的能量比;分析能量比与锤垫质量的相关性,分析能量比随深度的变化特征,建立相关公式。结果显示,能量比具有随着锤垫质量的增加呈线性逐渐减少特征。通过研究,最终建立了不同标贯设备试验结果和标准锤击能量比60%的标贯击数(N_(60))的相关关系,为国内外岩土设计提供了可靠的依据。
Hammer cushion mass of SPT equipment is different between each country.In order to eliminate the influence of these differences,establish mutual conversion relations of all kinds of SPT results and provide reliable SPT parameters for geotechnical design,four kinds of different mass of hammer cushion were adopted to carry out the hammer energy calibration test.Actual hammer energy was measured under various mass of hammer cushion,the hammering energy ratio(Actual hammer energy divided by the theory energy) was calculated;the relativity between the mass of hammer cushion and ETR was analyzed,variation characteristics of ETR with depth were evaluated,and the relevant formula was established.The results show that ETR was gradually linear reduce with the increase of hammer cushion mass.Finally,the relativity of N60 and SPT results was established,and the reliable basis for the domestic and international geotechnical design was provided.
