循证护理在小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中的应用观察

摘要
目的:研究对于小儿手足口病合并脑炎患儿提供循证护理服务的影响。方法:将我院于2016.1月-2016.11月间收治72例小儿手足口病合并脑炎患儿,按照入院先后顺序将患儿划分为普通组36例与干预组36例,护士为普通组患儿提供一般疾病护理流程,为干预组患儿提供循证护理干预措施,评价两组患儿经护理干预后疾病恢复有效率,评价患儿家长对护理质量评分。结果:普通组患儿经护理干预后疾病恢复有效率为77.78%,干预组患儿疾病恢复有效率为91.67%,干预组患儿疾病恢复有效率高于普通组,P<0.05。普通组患儿家长对于临床提供的用药指导、病情监测、体征记录及生活护理等护理质量评分均低于干预组,P<0.05。结论:护士为小儿手足口病合并脑炎患儿提供循证护理服务,可促进疾病恢复,提高科室护理质量。
