摘要
目的:探讨优质护理和基础护理对老年急性心肌梗死的影响。方法:选取2014年3月2016年3月来我院就诊的老年急性心肌梗死患者96例,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组48例,对照组采取基础护理,实验组采取优质护理,观察患者的平均住院时间及对护理的满意度。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的患者平均住院时间比对照组少,对护理人员的满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理能有效的提高老年急性心肌梗死的康复情况及患者对医护人员的满意度。
Objective:to explore the quality of nursing and basic nursing care of senile acute myocardial infarction.Methods:select in March 2014-March 2016 to our hospital 96 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi) randomly divided into control group and experimental group,48 cases in each group,control group take the basic nursing,the experimental group adopt high quality nursing,observe the average hospitalization time of patients and the nursing satisfaction.Result:compared with control group,experimental group the average length of hospital stay in patients with less than control group,the nursing staff satisfaction is higher than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion high quality nursing care can effectively improve the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction recovery and satisfaction of medical staff.
