压缩比对内燃兰金循环燃烧过程影响的试验研究

摘要
本文基于自主开发的内燃兰金循环发动机试验台架系统,研究了不同压缩比对内燃兰金循环燃烧过程的影响。试验结果表明,喷水温度为120℃时,压缩比从10.5提升至12.5,与未喷水相比较,缸内最大爆发压力先下降后提升,最大爆发压力相位推迟,指示功增幅从最高1.56%提升至8%;喷水使得低压缩比时循环波动稍有增加,高压缩比下的循环波动明显降低,改善了ICRC发动机燃烧稳定性。
Based on independently developed internal combustion Rankine cycle engine test bench system,the combustion process in internal combustion Rankine cycle have been studied under different compression ratios.Test results show that when the water spray temperature is 120 degrees Celsius,the compression ratio is increased from 10.5 to 12.5,compared with the no water cycle,the maximum cylinder pressure decreased at low compression ratio but the pressure increased at high compression ratio,maximum cylinder pressure phase delayed,the indicator work improved from 1.56% to 8%.The water injection can increase cyclical fluctuation at low compression ratio but reduce the cyclical fluctuation at high compression ratio,which improves the combustion stability of ICRC engine.
