COMVAR技术中成形带在二尖瓣成形术中的应用研究

摘要
目的总结COMVAR(comprehensive mitral valve apparatus reconstruction)技术中成形带的临床运用效果及意义。方法自2012年7月至2015年7月,我中心应用COMVAR技术对86例二尖瓣病变患者行二尖瓣成形手术,术中全部运用成形带对二尖瓣后环进行环缩悬吊固定,对手术方式及术后近中期效果进行分析总结。结果术后无在院及院外死亡事件,无感染性心内膜炎发生,所有患者得到随访,随访时间为25±10.5个月,随访超声心动图显示无明显二尖瓣狭窄,除1例于术后3个月左右发生中等量返流,4例存在少量返流外,其余心功能均恢复正常,左房前后径较术前不同程度恢复。结论 COMVAR技术中的成形带更加符合二尖瓣的生理结构和心脏的整体运动需求,可以取得良好的手术效果。
