摘要
电子病历是以电子化方式记录的有关个人终生健康状态信息。目前在医院信息化建设中,电子病历用于管理病人的信息,主要是面向医院应用。系统分为3部分:病历数据库、代理服务器和客户端群,它们之间通过网络进行互连。客户端和代理服务器间使用自定义的应用协议实现网络通信交互以及数据传输。代理服务器监听客户端(手机、电脑等)的病历查询请求,然后查询病历数据库,将查询结果返回客户端,客户端显示查询的病历信息。随着电子病历建设的发展,电子病历的应用不能局限于医院,需要扩展到社区、家庭和个人。系统实现了家庭成员可以随时方便地查询自己或家人的病历信息,达到随时关心自己或家人健康的目的,这对于提高人们健康意识和提倡健康生活有很大的促进作用。
The electronic medical record is used to record about the personal lite-long health status information electronically.Nowadays in the hospital's informationized construction,electronic medical record is used to manage patients' information which is hospital-oriented application.With the development of electronic medical record construction,the application of electronic medical record cannot be confined to hospitals,but need to be extended to the community,families and individuals.The system is divided into three parts:the medical records database,the proxy server and client-side group,they are interconnected through the network,it uses user-defined application to implement network communication interaction and to transfer data between client and proxy server.The proxy server monitors a query of medical records from the clients(mobile phones,computers,etc.),then queries the records database and returns the query results to the clients,the clients display the queried medical information.The system can help family members search for themselves or their family's medical history information easily,which reach the aim that concerned about the health of themselves or their families and make a sense in improving people's health awareness and promoting a healthy lifestyle among us.
