動態照明以平均色溫以及色溫變動率對所誘發警覺度影響之研究

摘要
目前有許多文獻指出在靜態照明(固定色溫)下,高色溫的光可使人的警覺度提升,而色溫差最小到2000K,即可使警覺度有顯著差異。然而,動態照明卻沒有足夠的實驗去探討,本實驗即以LED調光做出不同平均色溫、變化範圍的動態照明,在下午時段給予325 lx的光,測量人的腦波以取得警覺度、情緒的客觀變化。求出動態照明平均色溫6500K與靜態照明6500K警覺度達顯著差異的範圍,並發現以變異係數為推估不同平均色溫的動態照明較佳的指標。此外,動態照明對於人的情緒也有正面的影響。
