燃油温度对直喷汽油机喷雾及着火特性的影响

摘要
基于三维CFD软件FIRE建立了适于描述直喷汽油机的喷雾模型和发动机模型,对不同燃油温度下的喷雾特性、缸内混合气形成进行了模拟研究,同时结合发动机台架试验对冷起动着火特性进行了研究。结果表明,随着燃油温度的升高,喷雾贯穿距缩短,喷雾索特平均直径(SMD)减小,燃油蒸发量大幅度提高,首循环着火燃烧得到改善,HC排放有一定程度的降低。
Effects of fuel temperature on GDI spray,fuel-air mixing process were studied by using CFD tool FIRE,while the effect of fuel temperature on firing behavior during cold starting was studied based on engine test bench.Simulation results showed that the increase of fuel temperature could decrease spray penetration and SMD.The mass fraction of fuel evaporated increased great simultaneously.The test results showed that as the fuel temperature increased,the combustion characteristics of the first firing cycle improved and HC emissions decreased slightly.
