摘要
本文对GH2761合金重熔铸锭铸态组织中η-Ni_3Ti相的溶解及扩散规律进行了研究。结果表明,η-Ni_3Ti相在1160℃和1170℃随保温时间的延长均能完全回溶,而在1180℃下加热η-Ni_3 Ti相已经被熔化;在经1160℃使η-Ni_3Ti相充分溶解后,再进行1190℃的高温扩散处理,随着时间的延长,Ti元素充分扩散,其偏析基本消失。
This paper studies the re-dissolution and diffusion of η phase precipitated in the as-cast structures of the remelting ingot.The results show that η phase can be dissoved completely with the increase of holding time at both temperatures of1160℃ and 1170℃,and have been melting when heated to 1180℃.After η phase dissoved completely at 1160℃,high temperature diffusion treatment at 1190℃ can make the diffusion fully and segregation almost disappeared of Ti element with the increase of holding time.
