变质处理对过共晶Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金组织与性能的影响

摘要
本文研究了Sr、Sr-P变质处理对过共晶Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金组织和性能的影响。通过力学性能测试和显微组织观察,分析变质处理对合金组织和力学性能的影响。在合金中加入不同变质剂,合金的硬度、抗拉强度、伸长率等力学性能都会提高。实验测定,经过Sr和P复合变质的合金硬度、抗拉强度及伸长率明显提高。Sr和P复合变质比Sr变质具有更好的效果。
This paper mainly studies the effects of Sr and Sr-P modification on the microstructure and properties of hypereutectic Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy.Through mechanical properties of the specimen and observation of the microscopic microstructure,the effect of the modification on microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy is analyzed.After adding different modifications in the alloy,mechamcal properties of hardness,tensile strength,elongation will improve.The experimental determination of compound modifier which the component alloys are Sr-P,the hardness,tensile strength and elongation of the hypereutectic Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy reached the maximum value.The alloy with the compound modification of Sr-P is much better than the one with the modification of Sr.
