开关孔道介孔硅的制备及其在多肽提取中的应用

摘要
内源性多肽是生物体液中的重要组成部分。~([1])牛奶中的内源性多肽具有调节血压、促进消化和增强免疫等作用。~([2])然而内源性多肽在体液中的含量相对较低,且高丰度的蛋白、脂质和盐等物质会对其检测产生严重的干扰。针对以上挑战,我们制备了具有光响应开关孔道的新型介孔硅纳米材料,通过外部光刺激可人为操控孔道开关行为,选择性提取牛奶中的内源性多肽,为进一步研究其生理功能奠定了基础。
Endogenous peptides in body fluid play essential roles in regulating the basic physiological activities of the individual.Endogenous peptides in the milk may have a significant relationship with the cardiovascular,digestive and immune system.However,high abundant protein,lipids,and salts in these complex samples make the large scale analysis of endogenous peptides still challenging.Herein,we synthesize a kind of mesoporous silica with photo switching tunnel which can balance the retention of the target peptides and elimination of the interference in the complex biological fluids sample.
