IF钢热轧板卷渣缺陷形成原因及控制措施

摘要
针对首钢京唐公司IF钢热轧板卷渣缺陷形成原因进行了系统调查研究,结果表明板坯在连铸浇注过程中结晶器窄面液位波动造成保护渣的卷入是此类缺陷发生的主要原因,通过增加浸入式水口浸入深度、优化浸入式水口结构、优化保护渣性能、降低铸机拉速等措施,有效的避免了结晶器窄面保护渣的卷入,工业实践表明,工艺调整后IF钢热轧板卷渣缺陷发生率由1.62%降低至0.41%。
Formation mechanism of slag entrapment of hot rolled on ultra-low carbon IF steel was investigated systematically in Shougang jingtang Iron & Steel United Co,The results show that the main cause for slag entrapment of hot rolled on ultra-low carbon IF steel is the mould narrow side protecting slag is Involved by the liquid level fluctuation on Continuous casting process of casting.Countermeasures were carried out increasing the depth of the SEN,optimizing the structure of the SEN,optimizing the performance of Protecting slag and reducing the casting speed,which decreased the protecting slag is Involved obviously.Industrial practice showed that the slag entrapment of hot rolled were decreased from 3.73%to 0.71%after optimization.
