摘要
连铸二冷反冲洗喷嘴具有自清洗功能,抗堵塞性能大大优于常规喷嘴,生产实践表明,在板坯连铸机一个扇形段上安装56个反冲洗喷嘴,连续测试10个月,没有发生喷嘴堵塞情况,同期常规喷嘴堵塞率为16%。分别选择A型和B型喷嘴,将同型号的反冲洗喷嘴与常规喷嘴安装在同一排,随机设定三种工况(气压和水压),对比测试喷淋水量与喷射角度,两组对比测试结果显示,相同工况下,反冲洗喷嘴最高水量提高20~30%,喷射角度相差控制在10°以内。
The secondary cooling backwash nozzle has a self-cleaning function,while its anti clogging performance is much better than the conventional nozzle.Production practice showed that,a segment with 56 backwash nozzles was installed in a slab continuous casting machine for continuous testing of 10 months,and none of them was clogged,compared with the conventional nozzle clogging rate of 16%.Meanwhile,the backwash nozzle and the same type of conventional nozzle were measured by laboratory test system of spraying nozzle in Shougang,setting three random conditions(air pressure and water pressure) each group.Results was reported that under the same test conditions,the maximum water flow of backwash nozzle was increased by 20-30%,and spray angle difference was limited in less than 10 degrees.
