吉林省梅花鹿副结核病血清流行病学调查

摘要
【目的】了解吉林省梅花鹿副结核病感染现状。【方法】采集吉林省4个地区的8个梅花鹿场中仔鹿、育成鹿及成年鹿的630份血清样本,用ELISA方法对吉林省梅花鹿副结核病进行血清流行病学调查。【结果】吉林省梅花鹿血清中副结核分枝杆菌抗体检测阳性率为18.73%,其中,长春和通化的梅花鹿副结核病阳性率分别为17.86%和20.89%,辽源的梅花鹿副结核病阳性率为25.00%,为吉林省副结核病之首,而四平的梅花鹿副结核病的阳性率为11.86%,明显低于其他三个地区。【结论】采取半散养方式饲养的四平地区鹿副结核病阳性率最低,而采取集约化饲养方式程度较高的辽源地区梅花鹿副结核病最高。与2010年相比,2012年吉林省梅花鹿副结核病感染率呈上升趋势,净化鹿场中梅花鹿副结核病的综合性策略之一就是精确诊断并清除感染动物,此外,对鹿群进行有计划的免疫接种可以从根本上遏制该病的发生发展。
【OBJECTIVE】Understanding the paratubereulosis infection status on sika deer in Jilin Province.【METHOD】 This survey researched the epidemiological survey of deer paratubereulosis,and the research method is ELISA for the randomly selected sample 630 sika deer.【RESULTS】 The positive rate is 18.73%in Mycobacterium paratubereulosis antibody detection of deer serum in JiLin Probince,and the positive rates in Liaoyuan,Changchun,Tonghua,Siping are 20.89%,17.86%,25%and 11.86%,The rate of deer paratuberculosis in Tonghua is highest in JiLin province,and the lowest is Siping.【CONCLUSION】Compared with 2010,the sika deer paratubereulosis infection is rising in Jilin Province in2011.The sika deer paratubereulosis prevalence was relatively stable and in a very high level in Jilin Province from 2004 to 2012 all over the whole,which remind the sika deer breeders and the relevant departments should be high degree of attach importance to the work of prevention and control of the sika deer paratubereulosis.
