<正>前言本文以大英博物馆馆长尼尔·麦格雷戈(Neil MacGregor,1946—)2010年担任主要策展人的"另眼看世界:大英博物馆百品特展"(A History of the World in 100 Objects)为研究案例,探讨博物馆的管理和营销策略。本文探讨两个议题:第一,策展人扮演的多面向角色。一方面,大英博物馆馆长麦格雷戈采行集体策展,他统帅一百多名馆员、四百多名专家,从数百万件大英馆藏中,精选出100件最具代表性的典藏品,编撰长达四年,于2010年开展的集体策展。另一方面,它也是馆长领导和统合
