摘要
招投标已成为推进社会主义市场体系建设重要手段,其对优化资源配置、提高经济效益、促进国民经济又好又快发展发挥了很好的作用。但由于多方面原因,串标、陪标、围标、虚假招标等不法行为仍然存在,方法越来越隐蔽,有些似乎已成"潜规则"。本文根据工程招投标现状及发展思路结合工作实践作一些思考、探讨。
Bidding has become an important means to promote the construction of the socialist market system,which plays a very good role in optimizing the allocation of resources,improving economic efficiency and promoting the sound and rapid development of the national economy.However,due to various reasons,the string standard,with the standard,the standard bid,false tender and other illegal acts still exist,more and more subtle methods,some seem to have become "hidden rules." This article based on the status quo of the project bidding and development ideas combined with practical work for some thinking and discussion.
