SPA-H(Cr)轧后边部结疤及线状缺陷的分析与控制

摘要
SPA-H(Cr)轧后结疤和裂纹缺陷分别占总缺陷量的42.20%和21.49%,分析其与铸坯表面裂纹有一定关系。在此基础上,从控制钢水成分、优化保护渣使用和调整二次冷却参数3个方面改进,使轧后改判率从2014年以前的0.41%降低到目前的0.18%。
scarring and linear defects,respectively account for 42.20%and 21.49%of the total amount of defects,are the main problems of SPA-H(Cr) hot rolled coil,through analysis we know that their generation have a certain relationship with the slab surface cracks.Based on the above analysis,the improvement in three aspects that controlling the compositions of molten steel,improving the mould slag and adjustment the second cooling parameters are operated in this article,by which the judgement-changing rate after rolling was reduced to 0.18%nowadays from 0.41%of the year 2014.
