认知用频系统模型及其管理与服务探讨

摘要
认知无线电技术推动了频谱利用方式的革命,对无线通信、雷达、电子战等多种用频系统的发展产生了深远的影响。本文梳理了目前正在研究发展的典型认知用频系统及其共存与融合方式与趋势;在此基础上,提出了一种通用的认知用频系统模型,该模型通过策略数据库、决策经验数据库、学习与推理、可重构软件无线电平台等共同实现基于策略的动态实时优化用频;对适应认知用频系统的频谱管理和服务进行了探讨,为未来用频系统和频谱管理的发展提供了有益的建议。
The emergence of cognitive radio promoted the revolution of spectrum utilization and far-reaching influence has been made to many kinds of spectrum consuming systems(SCS) such as wireless communication, radar, and electronic warfare. This paper firstly reviews the developing representative cognitive SCS as well as their coexistence and integration framework. On that basis, a general cognitive SCS model is proposed, which optimizes the spectrum utilization dynamically through the cooperation of policy database, decision experience database, learning and reasoning component, and the reconfigurable software radio. Furthermore, the corresponding management and service for cognitive SCS is discussed. In summary, this paper provides a beneficial candidate for the intending SCS and their management.
