摘要
硫化氢(H_2S)传统上认为是一种有毒气体,然而最近研究表明,硫化氢是继一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化碳(CO)后第三种在生物体内发挥生理作用的气体信号化合物。H2S是人类生理学和病理学的重要中介物质,在心血管和神经系统中担负着重要的生理病理调节作用。因此,选择性识别和高灵敏检测生物体内的硫化氢具有十分重要的生物医学意义。本文设计合成了新型的荧光探针分子BODIPY-Tz-I和BODIPY-Tz-II,可以选择性的在缓冲溶液和细胞中检测硫化氢,为生物系统中检测硫化氢提供了一种有效的方法。
Hydrogen Sulfide(H_2S),a kind of important gas signal molecules, serves as an important medium in physiological and pathological studies. It is also a hot spot in the research of chemistry and biology. We now report a new type of reaction-based fluorescent probe for selective detecting H_2 S in living cells that adopts H_2 S reaction with tetrazine group(Tz) to dihydio-tetrazine. The fluorescence probes, BODIPY-Tz-I and BODIPY-Tz-II, respond to H_2 S by a turn-on fluorescence signal enhancement and show high selectivity of H_2 S over other biologically species. BODIPY-Tz-I and BODIPY-Tz-II can be used to detect H_2 S in both buffer solution and in vivo cells, which provide a novel and effective approach for H_2 S detection in biological systems.
