摘要
目的:探讨T-Spot.TB试验在脊柱结核辅助诊断中的应用价值。方法:对2007年7月至2015年10月我科收治的69例疑似脊柱结核病例同时进行结核菌素皮试试验及T-Spot.TB试验,以临床确诊脊柱结核病例为标准,对比分析两种方法的灵敏度及特异度,结果:69例疑似脊柱结核病例最终诊断脊柱结核38例,非脊柱结核31例,PPD和T-Spot.TB试验的灵敏度和特异度分别为63%、61%和89%、90%。T-Spot.TB试验的灵敏度和特异度均高于PPD检测(P<0.05%),结论:与TST比较,T-Spot.TB试验诊断脊柱结核的灵敏度及特异度均较高,对脊柱结核的早期诊断有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the auxiliary diagnosis value of T-Spot test for spinal tuberculosis. Method: From July 2007 to October 2015, total of 69 patients with suspectedspinal tuberculosis accepted both TST test and T-Spot test. According to the outcoming of clinical diagnosis, we analyzed the comparison of the sensitivity and specificity of these two approachs. Result: There were 38 patients diagnosed as spinal tuberculosis finally. The sensitivity and specificity of TST-test was 63% and 61%, those of T-Spot test was 89% and 90%. The sensitivity andspecificity of T-Spot test were higher than those of TST test(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comparison of the sensitivity and specificity of these two approachs, we recognized that the T-spot test has agood clinical value for the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis.
