摘要
本文阐述了雪人在氨用单级螺杆压缩机的效率提高、型线和电机改善方面所做的研究。本文的研究对象是雪人自行研发和设计的半封闭单级氨用螺杆制冷压缩机,目前,该压缩机已在制冰机机组中应用。本文介绍了该氨用压缩机的形式特点:采用单级半封闭形式,使用无轴封设计;螺杆转子采用最新SRM"i"型专利螺杆转子型线;电机采用高效同步变频电机,可根据负荷变化调整电机转速。而后根据早期压缩机和该种新式压缩机在性能测试台和制冰机机组上的实际运行的结果和数据进行对比、分析和总结。结果表明制冰机机组使用该种新式压缩机在效率和环保上都有一定的提高,同时减少氨的充注量,便于应用推广。
This article illustrates Snowman Group's research and development on Ammonia compressor in regards of efficiency,rotor profile line and motor improvement.Research subject:self-developed and designed Semi-hermetic Ammonia screw compressors by Snowman Group.Up to now,the compressor is successfully tested and used in ice machines,one of Snowman's main products.This article comprehensively introduces characteristics of the compressor:in type,using single stage structure without shaft seal;in design,applying latest "I" profile developed by SRM,which is now 100% subsidiary of Snowman;motor,using PMSVFM(permanent magnetic synchronous variable frequency motor),that speed can be adjusted to the load.Thereafter we compare and analyze testing data and result of traditional compressor and the Compressor,with one conclusion:the Compressor is more efficient,energy saving,environmental friendly,safe and reliable.
