摘要
陈蒜提取物为欧美等国家膳食补充剂最畅销的大蒜制剂之一,具有防治心血管疾病、抗肿瘤及抗氧化等多方面药理作用。本文通过查阅国内外有关陈蒜提取物的文献,对陈蒜提取物及制剂、药理作用、化学成分和测定方法进行综述,为国内大蒜制剂进一步研究开发提供一定的参考。
Aged garlic extract is one of the most popular garlic preparations for dietary supplement in Europe,the United States and other countries.It plays a essential role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,tumors and antioxidant.Through consulting domestic and foreign references on aged garlic extract,aged garlic extract and preparations,pharmacological effects,chemical compositions and determination methods were reviewed.It can provide a certain reference for the further research and development of garlic in our country.
