波斯特孔菌属及近缘属的系统发育研究

摘要
木材腐朽真菌在森林生态系统中起着关键的降解还原作用,是森林生态系统物质循环中不可缺少的重要组成部分。波斯特孔菌属Postia是一类重要的木腐真菌,主要造成木材褐色腐朽。褐腐干酪孔菌属Oligoporu的种类在形态上和波斯特孔菌属相似;通过系统发育研究发现,这些属的种类在系统发育上明显与波斯特孔菌属在不同的分枝。通过描述或转移,波斯特孔菌属记录近60种,然而对波斯特孔菌属及其近缘属较为全面的系统发育研究还未开展。此项研究通过利用ITS、nr LSU及Rpb2的序列,使用最大简约法,最大似然法以及贝叶斯分析法来分析波斯特孔菌属及其近缘属的系统发育关系。此外,通过利用多基因片段ITS、nr LSU、MTSSU、Ppb1、Rpb2、Nussu及Tef 1,使用最大简约法,最大似然法以及贝叶斯分析法来分析波斯特孔菌属内种间的系统发育关系。共研究了527份波斯特孔菌属及其近缘属的标本,成功获取42个种的基因序列,结果表明:广义的波斯特孔菌属主要分为5个分枝,狭义的波斯特孔菌属包括Postia lactea、Postia tephroleuca、Postia lowei、Postia hirsuta、Postia ochraceoalba、Postia amurensis,狭义的褐腐干酪孔菌属包括Oligoporus rennyi和Oligoporus sericeomollis、Osteina属容纳Osteina obducta和Osteina undosa,而Postia caesia complex被确定为一个独立的属Cyanosporus,其余被转移至Spongiporus属或仍然归于广义的波斯特孔菌属,等待未来进一步研究。此外,Pistia属一新种,Cyanosporus六新种,Spongiporus一新种分别被定义描述。
