运用碳、氮稳定同位素技术研究义乌岩口水库渔获物的食性和营养级

摘要
采用碳、氮稳定同位素技术对2015年义乌市岩口水库不同网具捕获的渔获物开展了食物源和营养级的分析研究。结果表明:岩口水库2种食物源的δ~(13)C值跨度范围为24.11‰~29.52‰,δ~(15)N值跨度范围为6.39‰~8.22‰,浮游植物的δ~(13)C值δ~(15)N大于有机碎屑。21种消费者δ~(13)C值跨度范围为-29.52‰~-21.77‰,平均值为(-23.92±1.74)‰;δ~(15)N变化范围为10.24‰~16.24‰,平均值为(12.53±2.35)‰,其中以肉食性鱼类蒙古鲌(Culter mongolicus mongolicus)δ~(13)C和δ~(15)N值最高,浮游动物(Zooplankton)最低。营养级结果显示,21种消费者的营养级从1.77到3.45,分属于3个营养级,且与其食性特征有较好的一致性。水库生态系统中存在2条碳源利用途径,浮游植物是水库主要的碳源提供者,有机碎屑次之,且主要来源于陆源。
Food sources and trophic levels of fishery catches from different fishing net were analyzed at 2015 in Yankou reservoir by stable isotope technology. The results showed that δ~(13)C and δ~(15)N values of two food sources varied respectively from 24.11‰ to 29.52‰ and from 6.39‰to 8.22‰, between which, δ~(13)C and δ~(15)N values of phytoplankton were higher than organic debris.The δ~(13)C and δ~(15)N values of 21 consumers varied respectively from-29.52‰ to-21.77 ‰ and from 10.24 ‰ to 8.22‰, among which, the highest δ~(13)C and δ~(15)N values were seen in Culter mongolicus mongolicus and the lowest were seen in zooplankton.. The average δ~(13)C and δ~(15)N values of 21 consumers were(-23.92±1.74) ‰ and(12.53±2.35) ‰. Consumers of trophic level varied from1.77 to 3.45,belonging to the three nutrition levels,which had good consistency with the feeding characteristics. There were two metabolic pathways of carbon source utilization in ecosystem of reservoir and phytoplankton were primary carbon source provider.
