水下双层壳结构隔声数值计算研究

摘要
现今,空气中发动机等的隔声降噪研究比较多,而对水下的电机隔振隔声研究较少,水下双层壳结构隔声研究日益成为水下声场研究关注的重要课题。本文结合质量效应,阻抗失配,吸声隔声等隔声原理,建立双层壳模型,采用Virtual Lab等声学仿真软件进行声场计算,结合有限元方法解决声振耦合问题,分析水下双层隔声罩不同工况下声场的变化特点,以此来研究水下双层隔声罩质量效应,阻抗失配,吸声隔声隔声等机理对隔声效果的影响。
Nowadays, the research of noise reduction of engines is mature in the air. However, the noise isolation of underwater motor is less. Underwater double insulation structure is increasingly becoming an important issue in the research of underwater acoustic field. In this paper, based on the principle of mass effect, impedance mismatch and acoustic insulation, the double shell model is built up. The sound field has been calculated by the software, Virtual Lab. The acoustic coupling problems is solved by finite element method. The change of sound field from submerged double enclosures under different conditions has been analyzed. Also, the mass effect, the impact of impedance mismatch, acoustic noise insulation and other mechanisms of sound insulation have been investigated.
