微生态制剂(普爽)在肉鸡生产中的应用

摘要
为了探讨微生态制剂(普爽)在肉鸡生产中的应用效果,采用饮水方法,对肉鸡进行了饲喂试验;通过体重、成活率、料重比、腹脂率、免疫器官指数等指标统计,结果表明,第1组(普爽)、2组(同类产品-肽菌素)、3组(抗生素)和第4组(空白对照)鸡群出栏平均体重分别为2.234kg、2.217kg、kg2.215和2.206kg,其中第1组比第3、4组分别高0.019kg和0.028kg,差异显著(P<0.05);第1、2、3、4组料重比分别为1.424,1.485、1.520和1.479,其中第1组最低,分别比第2、3、4组降低了4.11%、6.58%和3.38%,与抗生素组比较差异显著(P<0.05);第1、2组的成活率分别为100%,比第3、4组分别高10%,差异显著(P<0.05);第1组的法氏囊指数明显高于第3组和第4组,差异显著(P<0.05)。应用普爽组的腹脂率明显低于其他组。该研究结果为开发利用微生态制剂(普爽)提供了理论依据和技术支持。
In order to investigate the effects of the probiotics on the application of chickens.the experiment was conducted by testing the weight,survival rate.ratio of feed/gain(F/G),abdominal fat percentage and index of immune organs.The test was divided into 4 groups:groups l(Pushuang),group 2(peptides streptozotocin),group 3(antibiotic) and group 4(normal control group).The results showed that the average weight of broilers from 4 groups before slaughter were2.234 kg,2.217 kg,2.215 kg and 2.206 kg respectively.Compared to group 3 and 4,group 1 increased the weight by 0.019 kg and 0.028kg(P<0.05);The F/G were 1.424,1.485,1.520 和 1.479,and group 1 reduced the F/G by 4.11%、6.58%和3.38%compared to the other groups,which was significantly better than the antibiotic group(P<0.05);The survival rate of group1 and 2 were both 100%,which was higher than the rate of group 3 and 4 by 10%(P<0.05);Compared to group 3 and 4,the bursa of fabricius index of group 1 was significantly higher(P<0.05);And the abdominal fat percentage of group 1 was significantly lower than the other groups.This study provide theory and technology support for using the probiotics Pushuang wisely.
