摘要
介绍了电动助力系统中减速机构的重要性,并利用UG三维软件建立了蜗轮蜗杆啮合的实体模型,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench进行蜗轮蜗杆接触仿真分析,对比理论计算得出的结果,为蜗轮蜗杆的优化设计提供了有效依据。
The importance of retarding mechanism in electric power system was introduced,and the worm gear and worm gearing was established based on UG solid model.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate that worm and worm wheel contact simulation analysis,the theoretical calculation results were obtained for provides effective basis for optimization design.
