高职生情绪智力培训及其对亲社会行为的促进作用

随着积极心理学的兴起,亲社会行为逐渐受到人们的普遍关注。亲社会行为是指对他人或社会有利的自愿行为,包括合作、互助、安慰和捐赠等行为。亲社会行为对于人类生存和社会发展具有重要作用,其影响因素一直是心理学领域研究者们着力探讨的问题之一。已有研究表明情绪智力也是亲社会行为的影响因子,且情绪智力可以通过培训提高。本研究试图考察是否可以通过情绪智力培训来促进个体的亲社会行为。本研究通过问卷调查的方法考察亲社会行为与情绪智力的关系,并通过为期八周的情绪智力培训提高情绪智力。研究1采用情绪智力量表和亲社会倾向测量量表,对120名高职学生的情绪智力和亲社会行为进行测查。研究2将120名被试分为两组,60名被试为实验组,60名被试为对照组。实验组被试接受为期八周的情绪智力训练,对照组被试不做任何干预。情绪智力训练结束后实验组和对照组被试再次完成情绪智力量表和亲社会倾向测量量表的测查。结果发现:(1)情绪智力的感知情绪、自我情绪调控、调控他人情绪、运用情绪四个维度与亲社会行为的匿名、公开、依从、利他、紧急、情绪性六个维度均呈显著正相关。(2)在控制前测的影响之后,实验组被试与对照组被试相比情绪智力显著提高。(3)交叉滞后模型分析表明个体的情绪智力能够显著预测其亲社会行为,且可以通过培训提高个体的情绪智力进而促进其亲社会行为。
As the development of positive psychology, prosocial behaviors has attracted widespread attention. Prosocial behaviors refers to a broad category of actions that benefit other people or the society, such as helping, comforting, sharing and cooperating. Since prosocial behaviors among individuals are of great importance to promote the development of the society, the factors that influence prosocial behaviors have been one of the important problems that researchers in the field of positive psychology focused on. According to previous studies, emotional intelligence can effect individuals' prosocial behaviors, additionally, emotional intelligence can improve through training. Thus, this research examines whether emotional intelligence training can promote the individual's prosocial behaviors. Emotional Intelligence Scale and Measure of Prosocial Behavior were used to investigate 120 higher vocational college students in study 1. In study 2, the subjects in study 1 were divided into two groups, with 60 subjects as the experimental group, 60 subjects as the control group. Subjects in the experimental group attended to emotional intelligence training class for eight weeks. For subjects in the control group, they didn't get any intervention. After the emotional intelligence training, all the subjects accomplish the Emotional Intelligence Scale and Measure of Prosocial Behavior again. The main results were as following:(1) Correlation analysis results indicated that emotional intelligence was significantly positively related to prosocial behavior.(2) Significant differences were noted between experimental group and control group in emotional intelligence after controlling the pre-test, specifically, emotional intelligence in experimental group was promoted.(3) Cross-lagged regression analyses indicated that emotional intelligence could predict prosocial behaviors. We can improve individuals' emotional intelligence through emotional intelligence training and thus promote their prosocial behaviors.
