淬火介质及二级时效工艺对7A09铝合金组织与力学性能的影响

摘要
研究了不同淬火及二级时效工艺制备的7A09铝合金的显微组织,采用极差分析方法分析了热处理工艺对合金布氏硬度、冲击韧性等力学性能的影响规律,优化了7A09铝合金的热处理工艺。结果表明:二级时效温度和保温时间对硬度、冲击性能的影响大于淬火介质。7A09铝合金的最佳淬火及二级时效工艺为:460℃/1 h,盐水淬火+一级时效115℃/5 h+二级时效165℃/13 h。经热处理后7A09铝合金可获得更细小、均匀和弥散分布的强化相,冲击性能可提高约75%。
Microstructure of 7A09 aluminum alloy by different quenching medium and secondary aging process were study in this paper.Rang analysis was used for researching hardness,tensile strength of 7A09 aluminum alloy by different heat treatment,to gain more excellent heat treatment scheme of 7A09 aluminum alloy.The result shows that influence of two-stage aging temperature on hardness,impact property is more than quenching medium.The optimal heat treatment scheme is that 460 ℃/1h+brine quenching+first aging 115 ℃/5 h + second aging 165 ℃/13 h.The strengthening phases of the alloy became finer,more homogeneous and dispersed after aging.The impact property has improved by 75%.
