电除尘器用多重化输出高频高压电源设计

摘要
为提高电除尘器对高比电阻粉尘和微细粉尘的收集效率,降低能耗,设计了一种多重化输出高频高压电源。该电源采用多重化串联叠加技术,可实现传统的直流供电和多组合脉冲供电功能。电源由主功率回路部分和控制回路部分组成,主功率回路部分包含输入整流单元、LCC全桥谐振逆变单元、高频高压变压器和高压输出整流单元;控制回路部分采用DSP和CPLD相结合的方案,DSP完成核心控制算法的实现,CPLD完成信号采集、保护等辅助功能。利用MATLAB仿真和样机实验进行了单重脉冲叠加输出和双脉冲叠加输出的验证,结果表明该电源可实现多重化脉冲输出功能。
In order to improve the collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator for the high sp ecific resistance dust and fine dust,this paper put forward a high frequency high voltage power supply with mu ltiple outputs for electrostatic precipitators.Basing on multiple serial superposition technology,this power supply can provide the traditional high voltage DC output and multi-type pulse output.The power supply is divided into two main parts,the main power circuit and the control ci rcuit.The main power circuit consists of the input rectifier unit,the full bridge LCC resonant inverter unit,the high frequency high voltage transformer and the high voltage output rectifier unit.As for the co ntrol circuit,the scheme of combining DSP and CPLD is employed.As a result,DSP can complete core control algorithms and CPLD carries out signal sampling,protection and other auxiliary functions.Both single and double pulse superposition ope ration mode is tested by MATLAB simulation and prototype experiment.The results suggest that the proposed power supply can offer multi-type pulse output.
