摘要
鉴于CT在无损检测和产品数字化测量上的优势,将其作为产品数字化模型的获取工具,服务于3D打印中的应用。并针对目前主要的应用在零部件和生物定制领域的应用,建立了从CT数据获取、三维数字化建模、二次设计与修正、3D打印整个集成设计与制造框架。并对该框架内所涉及的关键技术进行了探讨与分析。最后,结合实例来说明该集成框架下的典型应用,并对该框架下存在的问题进行分析。
