摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年5月至2015年12月期间来我院就诊并同意参与本次研究的60例胃肠镜检查患者为研究对象,运用分组软件随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予综合护理。观察两组患者护理效果以及患者对及胃镜检查完成时间,并进行比较。结果:对照组患者自愿接受检查患者16例明显低于实验组患者自愿接受检查患者21例,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的胃镜完成时间和术后并发症均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用综合护理对胃镜检查患者进行全面护理,可以有效的克服患者对胃镜检查的恐惧,提高患者接受胃镜检查的意愿,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:from May 2015.5 to May2015.12,60 cases of patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing.Observe the two groups of patients with nursing effect and patients on and gastroscopy completion time,and to compare.Results:control group patients to voluntarily accept the patients examined 16 cases was significantly lower than that of the patients in the experimental group were willing to accept examination in 21 patients,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The experimental group of patients with gastroscopy completion time and operation complications were lower than control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the use of comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing gastroscopy,can effectively overcome the fear of patients on gastroscopy,improve the patients willingness to accept gastroscopy,it is worth to clinical application.
