甲苯二胺聚醚的合成及在仿木聚氨酯材料中的应用研究

摘要
以甲苯二胺、环氧丙烷(PO)为原料,以氢氧化钾(KOH)为催化剂制备了一系列甲苯二胺聚醚,考察了KOH的用量对其羟值和黏度的影响。结果表明,随着KOH用量的增加,制备的甲苯二胺聚醚的黏度和羟值逐渐降低。以合成的甲苯二胺聚醚和YNW6001A为主聚醚,研究了甲苯二胺聚醚的结构对仿木聚氨酯材料性能的影响。应用研究表明,采用黏度和羟值适中的甲苯二胺聚醚可以获得性能良好的仿木聚氨酯材料,其性能优于国内同类产品,达到国外同类产品的水平。
The effects of potassium hydroxide amount on the hydroxyl value and viscosity of toluenediamine-based polyether which prepared by toluenediamine,propyleneoxide as raw materials and potassium hydrox ideas catalyst were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of potassium hydroxide,the viscosity and hydroxyl value of toluenediamine-based polyether gradually decreased.The influences of toluenediamine-based polyether structure on the properties of wood imitation polyurethane materials which prepared with toluenediamine-based polyether and YNW6001 A as main polyether were studied.Application research showed that toluenediamine-based polyether which had good moderate viscosity and hydroxyl value could obtain excellent performance of wood imitation polyurethane materials,its performance was better than similar domestic products,and meets the properties of imported products.
