米糠提取液的气相缓蚀作用研究

摘要
用稀酸酸化浸取法从米糠中提取植酸,并将其作为气相缓蚀剂的主要成分;采用失重挂片、线性极化和交流阻抗等方法评价该缓蚀剂的气相缓蚀效率,并对其缓蚀机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:该缓蚀剂对碳钢的气相腐蚀有良好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率可达90%。电化学测试结果表明,该缓蚀剂属于阳极吸附型缓蚀剂。
Phytic acid was extracted from the rice bran by dilute acid leaching method and used as main component of vapor phase inhibitor.Its inhibiting behavior on carbon steel in 3%brine was investigated by means of weight loss,linear polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) methods,the inhibition mechanism of it also studied.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor exhibits good inhibition effect for carbon steel in 3%brine,the inhibition rate can reach 90%.The results of polarization curves indicate that the vapor phase inhibitor of phytic acid mainly prohibits the anode process,also the result was approved by the microscopic analysis.
